    Compañía Mexicana de Geofísica is born in an alliance with CGG, for the execution of Offshore and Terrestrial Geotechnical works.

    Diavaz Exploración y Producción (DEP) begins its activities, followed
    by two important milestones:

    1. The Cuervito and Fronterizo bid awards the company two blocks located in the Burgos basin, in the Reynosa, Tamaulipas area.

    2. The strategic partnership with Inpex and Petrobras commences.

    Diavaz Exploración y Producción (DEP) continues to grow. The Ébano block is awarded and a strategic alliance is established with Sinopec to form DS Servicios Petroleros.

    Diavaz Exploración y Producción (DEP) is awarded with the Miquetla block located in Poza Rica, Veracruz.

    Diavaz Exploración y Producción (DEP) participates in the bidding round 1.3 and is awarded with the Barcodón and Catedral fields, located in Tamaulipas and Chiapas respectively.

    DEP Petróleo y Gas is created to carry out all hydrocarbon exploration and production activities under the new model established by the energy reform.

    DEP Petróleo & Gas performs the drilling of the first land well executed by a company other than Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).

    DEP Petróleo y Gas completes the migration process of the Ébano contract to a shared production model and the Miquetla contract to a license model.
